Description

The accelerated polishing machine is used to simulate the polishing action of auto tyre against the pavement, through accelerated polishing action of road aggregates to obtain the aggregates polishing index, thus to assess the aggregates polishing resistance. it’s kind of advanced road testing equipment.

Structure

Transmission mechanism: including motor, timing gear, rubber wheel assembly, used to transmit power, change the speed ratio

Road wheel device: used to load 14pcs samples

Sand sliding device: sand storage tank, support, sand sliding device, used for storage and control sand sliding

Water supply system: water storage support, water supply flask, flow meter, water pipe, used to control the water sliding quantity

Loading regulation structure: hand wheel, cam, used for support balance weight, regulating the pressure between rubber wheel and road wheel

Balance weight: including lever, balance weight, shielding cover, used to guarantee the pressure on the road pressure

Mould: used to make stone polished specimen

Electric control device: used to control the road wheel rotation circle number and sand conveying value
