The SY-825 Kinematic Viscosity Tester is specially used to measure the kinematic viscosity of oil products. It is designed and manufactured according to ASTM D7279 standard. It can measure transparent and opaque liquids including crude oil, light and heavy fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives, waste oil, etc.

Test method: when the temperature reaches equilibrium, put the sample into the viscosity tube, and the instrument automatically detects the movement time of the sample, and automatically calculates the experimental results. The experiment of cleaning the viscosity tube is over.

Attention notes

1. The full-automatic kinematic viscosity tester shall be protected from severe vibration during use or handling.

2. Before using the automatic kinematic viscosity tester, connect all connecting wires completely.

3. In case of any abnormality found during the use of the kinematic viscosity tester, immediately cut off the power supply.

4. Before temperature control, ensure that the oil bath in the oil bath tank is kept near the scale line.

5. When doing the experiment with high temperature, pay attention to avoid touching the oil bath or observation window directly with your hands to prevent scalding.
