The Gelbo-flex tester is used to carry out the modified Gelbo flex method to determine the linting of textile materials under dry state, it's also applicable for other textiles and fabrics. The whole equipment comes with a double-operated ultra-clean workbench of 100-level cleanliness, a laser particle counter. The system is equipped with an adjustable wind speed system to adjust the air volume arbitrarily.
The sample undergoes a combined effect of torsion and compression in the test chamber. In this twisting process, air is drawn from the test box, and the particles in the air are counted and classified with a laser dust particle counter.
