Description

Features
The main machine is of four column or two column rigidness frame structure, it has horizontal or vertical type, the screw rod adjust the puller to move, the loading speed regulation is stepless.
It adopts full-digits close-loop computer servo control, using the Panasonic servo motor & driver, combine with the high precision sensor, achieves high precision, wide range, multifunction servo control.
It can measure the test piece deformation within the scale distance directly, which can avoid the effect of chuck slip to achieve high test precision.
The horizontal steel wire relaxation tester uses computer technology to preset various kinds of parameters, automatic measuring, control, data processing, draw kinds of curves and print report. The testing software can estimate the relaxation rate within 1000 hours.
