This muffle furnace hearth is made of Japan made 1900 type Alumina polycrystalline ceramics fiber, there is Alumina coatings on surface of hearth, highly improves the heat efficiency and can extend service life; Kanthal 1900 degree C quality Silicon molybdenum rod as heat element; dual layer enclosure material, advanced vacuum heat insulation technology, greatly reduced the cabinet surface temperature. B type Double platinum rhodium thermocouple, equipped with 30 segments PID intelligent temperature control system, with protection functions of over temperature, thermocouple broken, over-current; Features uniform temperature, low surface temperature, fast temperature lift/down, power saving.
