This 4-ball wear tester is used to determine the bearing capacity of lubricant in sliding friction type under extreme high point-contact pressure condition, it fully meets the ASTM D2266-2001 and the ASTM D4172-2004 standards. The tested index including Maximum no-bite load PB, Sintering load PD, comprehensive abrasion value ZMZ. Besides this, this tester can also do long time anti-abrasion test of lubricant, friction efficient, friction and temperature curve are tested.
