The ceramic tile impact tester is used to test the recovery index of ceramic tile so as to know the impact resistance the tiles.

Structure & principle

 

The tester is constructed of steel base, vertical steel frame with hanging electromagnetic block, 1pc guide tube, sample support

The sample is fixed at a position where the steel ball can justly impact on the central position of tile, the space between test tube and the surface should less than 9mm;

Electronic timer is used to record the interval between first impact and the second impact, which is measured by sensor, and the interval will be read on the timer
